RETURN POLICY

Because Velvet Noir candles are handmade and produced in small batches, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, scent preferences, or used products.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email hello@velvetnoircandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.

If approved, Velvet Noir may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
