Velvet Noir candles are hand-poured in Alabama and prepared with care.

Processing Time
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. During launches, restocks, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

Shipping Time
Once shipped, most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Address Accuracy
Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Velvet Noir is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you have an issue with delivery, email us at hello@velvetnoircandleco.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
